Phala disappointed by barren season
SuperSport United have so far scored 20 goals in the Absa Premiership and their usual suspect Thuso Phala is not among the goalscorer.

Although Phala is not a prolific goalscorer, but Matsatsantsa a Pitori have always relied on the 31-year-old to bang in goals every now and then. It has, however, not been business as usual in the current campaign.
“It is very difficult having to find myself not scoring in the league this season and it is a very disappointing season for me,” said a disappointed Phala.
“You know that when you have players who score for you every season and they don’t get a goal, it affects the club.
“It is a very difficult situation and one has to accept that it is one of those seasons. Moving forward, it becomes a goal that you have to improve next season.
“I don’t put so much pressure on myself because I have to accept that it is one of those seasons and we have to accept and move forward,” the former Kaizer Chiefs player added.
