Sundowns close in on Jali – report

Mamelodi Sundowns are reportedly edging closer to completing the signing of former Orlando Pirates midfielder Andile Jali.

The Bafana Bafana midfielder is approaching the last six months of his deal at KV Oostende and can sign a pre-contract with any club of his choice.

According to the TimesLIVE, talks are underway between Jali’s representatives and Sundowns officials about securing the midfielder’s services.

Jali is said to be interested in a return to South Africa after spending three seasons in Belgium.

His agent, Mike Makaab, however, has not ruled out the possibility of Jali staying in Belgium or moving to another European team.

So, it’s seems Sundowns will have to give Jali a very tempting offer for him to return to SA and play for them.

Meanwhile, Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates are also reportedly interested in the Bafana Bafana midfielder.
