Sundowns goalkeeper to miss Namibia clash

Zambian goalkeeper Kennedy Mweene will not feature for Chipolopolo when they face Namibia Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) qualifier on Saturday.

The Mamelodi Sundowns shot stopper will be replaced by Zanaco’s  Toaster Nsabata.

Caretaker coach Aggrey Chiyangi does not see Mweene’s injury as a stumbling block in their preparation for Saturday’s Group K clash.

“Mweene is injured, we cannot risk if he is just recovering, he still needs time,” Chiyangi told the Cosafa website.

Orlando Pirates duo Augustine Mulenga and Justin Shonga are set to arrive late for the camp after they travelled back from Guinea, where they played a Caf Champions League match against Horoya.
