Zwane and Aurier’s ‘kiss’ causes a stir
The photo of an Ivory Coast player embracing Bafana Bafana midfielder Themba Zwane after their game on Monday afternoon has gone viral and become a popular meme on social media.

In the picture, Serge Aurier is sitting down leaning and kissing Zwane on the cheek. One Facebook user posted the picture with the caption “Besizowina kanjani oZwane befike baqoma e-Egypt” which loosely translates to “how could we have won the game when the likes of Zwane went to Egypt and found love”.
Bafana fans were unimpressed with how the team failed to mount a display against a disjointed Elephants side. Ivory Coast won the match 1-0 through Jonathan Kodjia.
