Senior citizens welcome summer

The Springs Retirement Village hosted a Springs Day celebration for its residents on Thursday.
“This annual celebration helps us to welcome the warm weather on a high note.
“Life after Covid lockdowns has been challenging but we are still grateful for what we have,” said Thandiwe Dube, the centre’s manager.
The day’s events included performances and food stalls.
