EMPD arrests 15 undocumented migrants during operations in Crystal Park and Springs

The EMPD conducted operations in Crystal Park and Springs as part of ongoing law enforcement efforts.

The EMPD arrested 15 undocumented migrants during operations in Crystal Park and Springs on August 5.

EMPD Bronberg Precinct officers and the Eastern Region Task Team conducted patrols in the two areas.

According to the EMPD, officers spotted five men behaving suspiciously in Crystal Park after noticing the police.

“The suspects were searched and requested to produce identification documents, which they failed to do,” EMPD said.

The five men, aged between 19 and 38, were arrested and detained at the Crystal Park Police Station.

In a separate operation, the Eastern Region Task Team arrested 10 undocumented migrants in Springs.

They were detained at the Springs Police Station. Residents are encouraged to report suspicious activity to their nearest police station.
