I went to casualty as I had chest pains and a lack of oxygen. Within 10 minutes of my arrival I was assisted by the staff and doctor. An electrocardiogram (ECG), x-rays and treatment were done immediately.
I was then advised to be admitted, however, I felt that there were people needing a bed more than I did and went home.
The hospital administration assisted my husband extremely efficiently to open a file and there were no delays whatsoever.
From the entrance to the casualty department, to the x-ray department, it was clean and it was truly an eye opener to me as I have heard such bad stories about the hospital but was pleasantly surprised.
