When ER24 paramedics arrived at the scene shortly before 15h00 on Friday, they found bystanders performing CPR on the man.

Paramedics continued with the CPR, but unfortunately despite the efforts of all involved the man’s vital signs did not return. He was declared dead at the scene shortly afterwards.

The exact circumstances surrounding the incident is not known to our paramedics.
