Robbery at Empumelelweni

A man residing at Empumelelweni was robbed of his cell phones.

The 28-year-old was robbed on Saturday, May 4 at about 22:30 of his two Samsung cell phones and a Huawei P20 – the value of the three phones is R10 500.

The man said he was from Vosman to fetch his child and when he got home, he opened the gate and he saw two suspects coming toward them.

They asked him of someone he knows; he showed them where he live.

Both of them took out firearms and pointed at them.

They then searched them and demanded his car and took with them the three cell phones and drove off in his car. The car was found badly damaged and left on the Old Middelburg Road.

Police are looking for the two suspects and are investigating.

Vosman Police Station is appealing to members of the community to reject and report stolen goods.
