A powerful local drama series, ‘Iphutha Lam,’ is making waves in the community with its thought-provoking portrayal of GBV.

Created, directed, and produced by Frieda Manana, the drama series is a passionate plea for awareness and action against GBV.

Frieda, a renowned community leader and founder of Voice Out Women, was inspired to create the drama series after being moved by the work of the late Connie Chiume, a celebrated South African actress.

Frieda’s organisation aims to raise awareness about GBV and provide support to survivors.

‘Iphutha Lam’ is a hard-hitting drama series that tackles the sensitive topic of GBV with sensitivity and nuance.

The series follows the story of survivors of GBV and highlights the importance of seeking help and support. With its powerful storytelling and talented cast, ‘Iphutha Lam’ is a must-watch for anyone interested in GBV awareness.

Frieda’s passion for GBV awareness is evident in every aspect of the drama series. As a community leader, she has dedicated her life to empowering young people and providing them with opportunities to succeed.

Her modeling agency, Phanda Mzansi Modelling Agency, has been a beacon of hope for many young people in the community.

‘Iphutha Lam’ is more than just a drama series – it’s a call to action. Frieda hopes that the series will inspire viewers to take a stand against GBV and support survivors in their communities.

“I want people to understand that GBV is a serious issue that affects us all,” Frieda said. “I hope that ‘Iphutha Lam’ will inspire people to take action and make a difference in their communities.”

The drama series is available to watch on YouTube, and Frieda encourages viewers to like, subscribe, and share the series with their friends and family.
