God’s Champion marks seven years of ministry

With “Pray Again” as their theme, the organisation continues to grow and impact more lives in Emalahleni.

The spirit of prayer and intercession filled the atmosphere as God’s Champion organisation marked its seventh anniversary.

On March 14, believers in Emalahleni came together to celebrate the incredible journey they said began in a dining room but has now grown into a pillar of faith for the city.

“The organisation started many years back in a dining room setting, with just a few members,” said Apostle Martha Mhlanga, who has been a valued member since its inception.

According to Martha, the organisation, founded by Apostle Dudu Hlabangwane, consists of different ministers from the City of Coal who unite for the common mission of prayer, deliverance, healing, and restoration.

She highlighted that the spirit of cooperation has remained their greatest strength, noting that they’ve always worked well together to build the body of Christ.

“We are very happy because since the start of the organisation, we’ve never fought among each other; we continue to build the body of Christ,” Martha said, adding that they are guided by their theme “Pray Again”.

The celebration was not merely a look back at the past, but also a revival for all who attended.

“We hosted the celebration to give God glory and honour. The number seven stands for perfection, and we can already see God raising the standard in our ministry,” the apostle said.

In attendance, the event also featured a keynote speaker from KZN, Apostle Jeannette Nyandeni, who was joined by her team.

“We are determined to possess the gates as women of God in our city – People must know God in Emalahleni,” Martha concluded.
