Notice is hereby given in terms of the above that I, the undersigned, intend to apply to the Emalahleni Local Municipality for consent to operate a Guest House on the above- mentioned property/land. The property is currently zoned “Institutional”.

Box 3, Emalahlani and the undersigned, by not later than 12 October 2026. Any person who cannot write may during office hours attend the Office of the Municipal Manager, where an official will assist that person to lodge comment.
