Petrol price cut at midnight

Fuel prices are slashed yet again.

THE Department of Energy has announced yet another petrol price cut, effective at midnight.

A major contributing factor to the decrease is the continued drop in the price of crude oil which has led to decreases in international markets.

The following fuel price cuts will take effect as of 4th February.

  • Petrol down by 93 cents/litre.
  • Diesel down by 102 cents/litre.
  • Illuminating Paraffin down by 136 cents/litre.
  • Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) down by 150 cents/kilogram.
