Bandile Mkhize was suspended in December after several mismanagement issues were raised and investigated.
EZEMVELO KZN Wildlife CEO Bandile Mkhize has parted way with the organisation.
This follows a settlement agreement between him and the KZN Nature Conservation Board reached on Tuesday.
Details of the agreement, which took effect from 4 September, have not been released and the two parties ‘parted ways amicably’ according to a statement.
Mkhize was suspended in December after several mismanagement issues were raised and investigated.
The Board’s decision was based on its desire to ensure that the organization becomes stable.
Dr David Mabunda will remain as the Acting CEO until a new CEO is appointed.
