The Rules Committee of the KwaZulu-Natal Legislature hereby invites the public and interested stakeholders to submit written submissions and comments on the repeal and winding up of the KwaZulu-Natal Funding of Represented Political Parties Act, 2008.

The Political Parties’ Fund was established in terms of Section 3 of the repealed KwaZulu-Natal Funding of Represented Political Parties Act, 2008 (Act No. 7 of 2008). The Act is hereby wound up and disestablished.

All written comments and submissions should be sent to the following person:
