One person sustained fatal injuries and three others were seriously injured in an accident on Friday night.
The collision occurred on the R102 near Empangeni.

A fourth patient sustained minor injuries.
KwaZulu Private Ambulance attended the scene and treated the injured before transporting them to hospital for further medical care.
