Residents raise concern over trolley pushers in Richards Bay CBD

While they work hard and walk long distances to earn a few rands, some Richards Bay residents are voicing their frustrations with trolley pushers

“While I don’t begrudge any person trying to make an honest living, it should not be at the risk to others.”

Local resident and businessman Stu Williams made the statement after he was forced to swerve off the road to avoid a trolley fully laden with scrap and waste, in the process doing some damage to his vehicle after hitting the median.

“This was along West Central Arterial on Thursday, near the ZCBF entrance,” said Williams.
