His love for music began during his schooling career at Empangeni High School.

The recital will feature seven pieces, including Christmas songs and opera arias.

Daniel recently performed as Dr Blind, one of the principal characters, in UCT’s production of Die Fledermaus, a German comic opera (Singspiel).

“I’m hoping to give people this art of music. Beautiful and exciting! And if you have never really heard what opera can offer, I hope I can give you that,” said Daniel.

Entrance is R100 for adults and R50 for children under 13.

Payments can be made at the door or via EFT to TymeBank, account 51070219485.
