Annual Cuppa for Cansa fundraiser set for October

Share a cup for a good cause at this year's Cuppa for Cansa fundraiser to be held in Richards Bay in October

Experience a taste of the New Orleans flair at the annual Cuppa for Cansa fundraiser, to be held at the Covenant Fellowship Church in Richards Bay this October.

This year’s Feathers and Fine Tea with a touch of Mardi Gras theme celebrates survivorship, caregiving and love in the fight against cancer.

The event is spearheaded by obstetrician and gynaecologist Dr Jayeshnee Moodley, who, while leading the Gynae-Oncology unit at Albert Luthuli Hospital witnessed the devastating weight cancer places on patients and their families.

Since cancer affects people of all races, genders and ages, this fundraiser is an opportunity for the community to stand in solidarity with the Cansa Association and Zululand Hospice, ensuring funds are used to uplift patients and their families.
