Thembisa Magubane: “It reminds me of Winnie Mandela and how she fought for women's rights.”

Yolisa Madlolo: “I was raised by a single woman. This month reminds me of women’s courage and strength.”

Cordee Mphenga “It helps society to take time and tackle problems that women are facing.”

Getrude Mashinini: “It makes more women die because in this month more women are celebrated thus some men are intimidated.”

Mojalefa Mokeona: “It reminds me that it is women who protect men and their lives and help reduce their bad habits.”

Johannes Matimane: “It helps people to be aware of the violence against women and children. We celebrate this month in my church.”
