Hard work for KwaThema Junior cricket teams
The KwaThema Cricket Junior teams are training hard to ensure that they win their games.
The U/10, 12 and 14 were all hard at training on Tuesday at KwaThema Sports Complex to prepare for the Eastern Cricket Association games.
The club’s U/8 team played against Benoni Northerns at Arbor Primary School on Saturday and tomorrow they will be playing against Avion at Willomoore Stadium in Benoni.
The U/10 Saturday’s game against Bakerton was called off following bad weather. Coach Troy Ntsoane says the U/12 team is also training hard to ensure a win during their game at Barnard Stadium when they will be playing against Kempton Park tomorrow at 8.30am.
He says Katlego Mothibe is one of the U/14 players who will be going to the trials at Willomoore Stadium tomorrow to fight for a place to play in the Easterns games later this year.
