Alberton SAPS arrests 11 for various crimes

The 11 suspects will appear in the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court for various crimes after being arrested by the Alberton SAPS over the past weekend.

The Alberton SAPS arrested 11 suspects on the weekend for various crimes in their policing precinct.

The crimes vary from possession of a stolen vehicle, shoplifting, attempted murder, reckless driving, common assault, theft, and drug dealing to possession of drugs.

The alleged stolen vehicle was booked into the Alberton SAPS. The suspects will appear in court for their alleged crimes.

The Alberton SAPS thanked the community for its continued support in ensuring offenders face the law and, if applicable, are put behind bars.

Police management thanked the police officers on duty over the weekend for the arrests.
