SAPS nab 20 suspects over the weekend for various crimes in Alberton

Alberton SAPS detained 20 people, between May 10 and May 12, for a variety of crimes in their policing area.

The crimes range from theft, shoplifting, illegal trading liquor store, illegal immigration, possession of drugs and reckless driving.

Alberton SAPS praised the community for its continuing support in ensuring that offenders face the law and, if necessary, are imprisoned.

Police management commended personnel on duty over the weekend for the arrests.
