Alberton residents are advised to take note of the tree-cutting plan which will take place from Monday, October 24.

Ward 38 Councillor Thavha Maifala-Masebe said the tree-cutting plan as provided by the Alberton Parks Department Depot is to give residents an indication of when their area will be serviced in the coming weeks.

The scheduled dates are as follows:

• Meyersdal and Albarante: October 24 -28
• Alberton North and South Crest: October 31 -November 4.
• Brackenhurst and Brackendowns: November 7 – 18.
• General Albert and Randhart: November 21 – 25.
• Raceview and New Redruth: November 28 – December 2.
