Alberton SAPS officers arrest 20 suspects over the weekend

20 suspects are set to appear in Palm Ridge and Germiston court after being arrested by Alberton SAPS over the past weekend.

Members of the Alberton SAPS arrested 20 suspects for various offenses over the past weekend.

These offenses include theft, possession of a hijacked motor vehicle, trespassing, dealing in drugs, selling liquor without a licence, possession of a stolen motor vehicle, shoplifting, assault to cause grievous bodily harm, and assault under domestic violence.

Colonel Letloenyane, the station commander of the Alberton SAPS, is delighted to be working with the team he leads and would like to acknowledge the dedication and teamwork of the members.

Alberton SAPS thanks everyone who contributed to the excellent work done over the weekend.
