Dr. Phindile Ntliziywana is a recognized expert in South African constitutional law, local government, civil law, and public law.
He holds a LLB (2008), LLM (2009) and LLD (2018) degrees from the University of the Western Cape. He also holds a Diploma in Federalism from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland.
His LLD dissertation focused on the transformation of local government service delivery in South Africa in an attempt to find lasting solutions to the litany of problems confronting local government.
