It’s more than just a hobby, it takes creativity and a sharp mind.
The Eastern Model Railway Interest Group (Emrig) held their swap meet on September 24, at the Northmead Mall.
Shoppers and local residents got to admire the countless railway model creations from different parts of the world.
The trains railway model creations are modelled after a variety of trains from different eras, such as the 1950s.
Emrig members often take their exhibitions to different areas and workshops.
If you are shopping at Northmead Mall on a Wednesday, between 9am and noon, or on Saturday, between 9am and 4pm, you can visit them.
Schools, churches and old age homes are also welcome to visit Emrig in the mall, by making bookings.
