‘Stillknocks’ meets and greets fans in Boksburg

Fans had the chance to take photos and interact with the UFC champion.

UFC world champion and history-maker Dricus ‘Stillknocks’ du Plessis was at Boksburg’s Hennie’s for a meet and greet on May 11.

Fans lined up for photos and autographs with Stillknocks, who became the first South African UFC middleweight champion following a victory over Sean Strickland in a Toronto showdown in January.

Even when the official meet and greet was over, the champion UFC fighter stuck around and continued interacting with his fans.

Stillknocks, also recently revealed as a contestant on the second season of The Masked Singer South Africa, was patient with his many fans and came across as humble, charismatic and with a good sense of humour.

“It was an amazing experience meeting my fans in Boksburg,” he said.
