The Lotus Karate Club celebrates student success at grading event

“Thank you for all your hard work and effort you have put into your grading."

Sensei Raveen Dayaram of the Lotus Karate Club expressed pride after seven students successfully passed their grading on June 7.

“We are extremely proud of our students who have worked hard in their training to maintain the high standards of SASKA. Their grit and determination truly deserve a standing ovation,” said Dayaram.

Adriel Chibanda, Sibusiso Mushangwe, and Kayden Chibanda graded to junior yellow belt. Krishthi and Medha Singh earned senior purple belts, while Zaniqua Joyce and Onyinye Oguaju achieved blue and green belts, respectively.

“Thank you for the hard work and effort you put into your grading. You all did exceptionally well. At Lotus, we believe that persevering through grading teaches us to persevere through all aspects of karate—and life in general,” added Dayaram.
