Benoni’s community spirit wins the day at fundraiser

Supporters of a recent Halloween live music fundraiser for Etienne Viviers (42), who is fighting myelofibrosis (bone marrow cancer) and living with Crohn’s disease and Crohn’s arthritis, helped raise R11 200 to support his ongoing medical battle.

The event, held at the Barn@Bohemia in Rynfield, was organised by Warren and Janice Quirk from Q the Music, who poured their hearts into creating a night of connection, music, and community spirit.

Etienne Viviers (43) was diagnosed with Myelofibrosis two years ago.

Venue host and second scariest dressed: Graham Gogos and Khyle Pretorius.

Best dressed child Rita-Gracie Cilliers.
