After 12 years of school, it is once again the time of year for Grade 12 pupils to dress up and make their dreams of the perfect matric farewell a reality. Most girls dream of this night from an early age.
Unfortunately, in today’s financial climate, this night can turn into a nightmare for financially impaired girls.
Thankfully we have angels in Benoni who helped us make this a dream night for the girls.
This year, 2014, is the second year that we have had the privilege of assisting the girls.
We would like to send a heartfelt thank you to Pick n Pay Oakfields, especially Mario Vingos.
This has been the second year that they have come to the party.
Without their financial donations it would not have been possible to make these girls’ night as special as it was.
It is encouraging to see the passion and care that both Mario and Pick n Pay Oakfields have for the young generation from Benoni.
Thank you once again.
