Four injured in morning CBD crash

Four people were injured when two vehicles collided in the CBD on this morning.

FOUR people were injured after two vehicles collided just after 6am this morning at the corners of Shepstone Road and Winder Street in Durban central.

Garrith Jamieson, operations director at Rescue Care said paramedics arrived on scene to find the two badly damaged vehicles in the junction. “On assessment the Rescue Care paramedics found that two vehicles had collided in the junction and four people had sustained injuries and were all stabilized on the scene before being transported to various hospitals for the further care that they required,” he said.

Jamieson, it is unclear what caused the collision however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating the incident further.
