EDITOR – I refer to the response from Jennifer van der Westhuizen `s regarding the theft of ladies purses from the Davenport store, hope she gets to see this letter.
Speaking for myself,my purse was definitely stolen from Davenport, (not allegedly),after the incident the shopkeepers I spoke to say it is on going.
They hear it first hand from the victims & are thus speaking from experience so I really think Checkers management ought to look into this.
What concerns me are the many elderly people who shop in this store, as for assistance from the store – there was none.
