Noisy bird disturbs the peace

A noisy caged bird has a resident pleading for its owner to keep it quiet!

EDITOR – Using your publication to complain seems very cathartic for many readers. In this instance it is about the total lack of consideration that some suburban residents have for their neighbours with regard to the racket that their pets make. Somewhere near the corner of Clark Road and Minerva Grove in Glenwood, someone has a caged bird. The screeching starts with sunrise, and goes on all day. That the owner seems undisturbed, it’s a wonder that more immediate neighbours (I live a block away) haven’t launched drastic action to shut it up.

Does your body corporate permit pets? Please, you know who you are … be considerate, control this assault on our eardrums. Get rid of the poor trapped creature. What next? Roosters?
