EDITOR – Someone is illegally dumping their ‘junk’ on the corner of Bartle Road and Ruskin Place in Umbilo. Obviously hoping the municipality is going to clean up after these lazy, dirty, disgusting people who have no pride in their neighbourhood.
Often we have seen rather large rats around this illegal dump site looking for food. When I walk my dog in the morning I have to steer clear of this area as he wants to go and investigate the smells. People cannot walk on the pavement as the rubbish site is growing bigger daily. I cannot understand what sort of person would do this, it’s disgusting.
Can the Municipality not clean this up and put an Illegal Dumping sign on the tree????
