Enforcement needed in Rick Turner Road

A reader asks three questions surrounding illegal parking in Rick Turner Road.

EDITOR – This is getting ridiculous. Nearly every week the same old story. Complaints and then promises, promises.

I have three questions today. Does Morgan Subramoney read the Berea Mail? In other words does he see the complaints, his own law abiding servants, parking illegally, instead of being good examples of keeping to the rules of the road/ traffic signs?

Another question is, if the police are doing something about this, why is the carwatch still collecting his money for looking after the illegal parkers? Showing oncoming motorists where to park in the no-parking area?

Why don’t they put up a sign below the no parking sign reading ‘Wheels will be clamped – fine R500’, or will this be impossible to control. Or are the police scared that their wheels will be clamped?

I used to be good with puzzles, but lately the law enforcement people has left me with no solution to my puzzles! Just does not make any sense!

Still puzzled – second time round!
