EDITOR- Just a few weeks ago about five speed humps were erected down Montpelier Road.
Now, residents have been informed that the entire road will be closed over the next two weeks as the road is being completely resurfaced.
And surprise surprise – the newly built and painted speed humps are one by one being demolished!
It is wonderful – and so re-assuring to know that such great planning is undertaken by our municipality to ensure that our exorbitant rates are not being wasted.
While it is great that we are getting our road resurfaced, it would be nice if the right hand knew what the left hand was doing!
