WIN: Swing along to Rhumbelow

RHUMBELOW Theatre, 42 Cunningham Road, Umbilo, presents Our Favourite Swings with Platform Jazz on Saturday, 12 and Sunday, 13 January and Friday, 18 to Sunday, 20 January.

Durban’s effervescent band Platform Jazz teams up with actor and singer Bryan Hiles to bring a toe-tapping and foot-stomping programme of swing favourites. The band is made up of Cathy Peacock on trumpet, Kirsten Sayers on clarinet, Jeff Robinson on sax and flute, David Solomon on trombone, Andreas Kappen on double bass and South Africa’s jazz stars Melvin Peters on keyboards and Bruce Baker on drums.

The shows on Friday and Saturday will be at 8pm, with the show at 2pm on Sunday.
