College hosts evening of music
The programme will have something for everyone.
DURBAN Girls’ College will present an evening of music featuring their own music department and the KZN Youth Orchestra on Friday, 14 June.
The concert will feature the DGC Marimbas and drumming ensembles, the junior and senior choirs, the orchestra, various vocal soloists and talented pianist Rachel Wedderburn-Maxwell who recently won a top award for her grade 8 Unisa exam.

The programme will end in a grand finale with all choirs and orchestras performing together.
Tickets are R80 and can be purchased from www.quicket.co.za or at the door. The concert starts at 6pm and will take place in the DGC Centenary Hall. Contact Cathy on 082 349 8362.
