Arno and Ard perform in Ballito

A rocking collaboration is set for the Marriott Ballito Beats concert with Arno Carstens and Ard Matthews.

TWO of South Africa’s legendary rock voices, Arno Carstens and Ard Matthews join forces at the Marriott Ballito Beats concert on Sunday, 11 August at 3.30pm for another unique set of musical favourites, on-stage antics and fun-filled entertainment.

With a combined musical expertise that spans 35 years, Ard and Arno are known worldwide for their unique voices and roguishly fun stage presence. Ard Matthews originally as the front man for Just Jinjer, and Arno Carstens as the lead singer for The Springbok Nude Girls – both of which dominated the SA music scene during the 90s.

From wide open spaces for little ones to explore and parents to relax in picnic-style, secure parking, refreshment and food services and a cheerful kids’ zone, complete with steam train rides, jungle gyms, monkey bars, petting zoo and more, Sugar Rush Park caters for everyone. Throw in a handful of great music acts and you’ve got all you need for the perfect family outing.

Tickets are limited to only 2 000 and are available via webtickets.co.za. Early bird tickets cost R130, general access costs R150, tickets for children between eight and 12 years of age cost R80 and for under eights it costs R20 for entry.

Gates open at 1pm and ticket holders are welcome to take camping chairs and picnic blankets. Food and beverages can be bought on site, alternatively, picnic baskets are allowed, but no beverages will be allowed onto site.
