Another draw for Boksburg North SAPS football team

Boksburg North SAPS soccer team walked away with a draw against Midrand SAPS at Boksburg Stadium on April 24.

The match is part of the Ekurhuleni North Football League for police officers.

Andrew Mpati, Boksburg North’s coach, said he is happy with the team’s performance.

“They played well and should have won this game but missed 10 opportunities.”

The team have been showing improvement since the start of the league.

A highlight was their 7-1 victory over Edenvale on April 3, at Boksburg Stadium.

Striker Sergeant Thembani Nkuna helped his team to a 3-2 win against DEMS at the Boksburg Stadium on April 17, scoring all three goals.
