Two pedestrians robbed over the weekend

The following crimes were reported to the Brakpan Police over the weekend:

Friday

A housebreaking occurred in Torchwood Street, Dalpark. Jewellery, TVs, a computer tablet, cellphones, a camera, laptop and other electronic devices were stolen.

In Roeties van den Berg Street, Minnebron, a house was broken into and a TV was stolen.

A business robbery occurred in Coert Steynberg Street, Van Eck Park. The security guard was assaulted by the robbers who stole his cellphone and copper from the business.

In Van Zyl Street, Brenthurst, a business robbery occurred at about 1.30pm. Cash, cigarettes and a cellphone were stolen.

A boy, walking from school, was confronted by robbers that stole his school bag.

Two suspects stole a woman’s handbag at the Mall@Carnival.

A female motorist’s handbag was stolen, on the corner of Station Street and Kitzinger Avenue, while she was waiting at the robot.

Saturday

Two men walking in Van Der Walt Road, Dalview, were confronted by armed robbers who stole a cellphone.

Three vehicles, parked respectively in Hastings Avenue, Voortrekker Road and Hosking Street, were stolen

Sunday

A housebreaking occurred in Strasheim Street, Sherwood Gardens. A TV and speakers were stolen.
