Netball club ready for tournaments
The club has been practising since August and are now ready to host tournaments.
Brakpan Netball Club has been hard at work getting ready for tournaments.
The local club will be hosting competitions on November 14 and 28 at the Brakpan Sports Grounds.
The event on November 28 will be the first night event to be hosted by the club.
“The training has been tough, but that’s a good thing,” said club president Angelique Viljoen.

While all clubs are invited to enter the tournaments, Viljoen warned that there is limited space.
“We are only allowed to have 100 people there, so it will work on a first come, first serve basis,” she said.
Teams wanting to enter either tournament or both can do so on the club’s Facebook page, Brakpan Netbal Klub.
