Cranes and more online

November 27 is set to be a busy day for WH Auctioneers, who are hosting a large online auction that includes several highly desirable cranes.

At the top of the lifting list is the Liebherr LTM1090-2 90-ton all-terrain crane that is a workhorse in the industry. Also on the block will be two Grove all-terrain cranes, one with a 50-ton capacity, the other with 35. For those looking for a rough-terrain machine, there will be a choice of either a 25-ton Kobelco or a Tadano.

According to WH director Mathew Henderson: “The cranes are perhaps the most desirable in the marketplace, appealing to all crane operators. Whether a construction company or a crane hire outfit, anyone would be proud to have these in their fleet.”

There will be a great selection of earthmoving and construction equipment up for grabs. On offer will be a large number of TLBs, including a Caterpillar 416E, Bell 315SGs and JCB 3CXs. A number of excavators – ranging from 20- to 50-ton, including a popular Komatsu PC220, a Volvo EC210 and several low-hour New Holland and Hyundai machines – will also be sold. There will be a number of wheel loaders, including the popular Komatsu WA200 and Bell 1706. Rounding off the earthmoving will be a Caterpillar 140H.

With more than 16 trucks and trailers on offer, buyers will be treated to hard-to-find Tata and Hino 10m3 Tippers. Among the other lots of horses, trailers and drop-sides are also two Western Star water trucks. Rounding out the auction will be approximately 18 Toyota Hilux LDVs as well as myriad other small items suitable for the construction specialist.
