Half-built hotel in Blue Water Bay

Aucor South has been instructed by the joint liquidators to submit a partially built hotel development in Blue Water Bay, Port Elizabeth, for auction.

The proposed development would have encompassed 40 suites, a swimming pool, gym, health spa, restaurant and conference facilities.

“The development ran into financial trouble and was eventually liquidated and now Aucor has been instructed to sell the property,” says Vincent Moss.

The extent of the land is 7 874m2 which makes it one of the largest available properties in the area. Blue Water Bay is situated very close to the new Koega Deep Water Harbour development as well as its associated industrial zones, making this a prime investment for development opportunities.

The auction will take place on site on October 1 at 11am. Viewing will be arranged by appointment only with the auctioneer.
