Two seriously injured in N12 crash near Fochville

A section of the N12 between Fochville and Potchefstroom was closed yesterday afternoon (September 6) after a collision between a truck and a bakkie.
The accident occurred about 30 km from Potchefstroom at around 15:30.
Both lanes of the N12 had to be closed while emergency services struggles to remove two seriously injured patients from the vehicles.
Both were taken to Carletonville Hospital by ambulance.
Motorists are again advised to drive very carefully on this section of the N12 as there has been an increase in accidents recently.
