Minnie Dlamini to host SETA Awards

“Hosting an event of such merit is always a great reminder of why I love what I do," said Minnie.

The Wholesale and Retail SETA has returned with their second Good Practice Awards which are set to take place in June this year. The prestigious awards show has chosen South African media personality, Minnie Dlamini to be the host of the awards show.

“Hosting an event of such merit is always a great reminder of why I love what I do. Recognising people and organisations for their great service is something I’m honoured to be a part of,” Dlamini said.

“The Good Practice Awards are a great initiative that not only rewards but also highlights the quality of work the Wholesale and Retail Sector does” she added.

In their purpose to recognise and reward companies who have achieved outstanding work in the retail and wholesale sector, the W&R SETA will be awarding each winner with a cash prize worth thousands of rands.

According to acting CEO, Andile Sipengane, “the Good Practice Awards promises to be a red carpet, star-studded event attended by highly regarded government officials, CEO’s and influential South African celebrities who will be presenting the awards to each winner.”

He further says the wards are also proud to introduce TV personality, Minnie Dlamini, as their official host for the night.

“She has shown poise and elegance at every event she has hosted in the past and we are proud to welcome her to the team” he said.

The Good Practice Awards will be presenting four categories that will boast each company. The awards nominations are open until Friday May 6, and the awards are set to take place on June 28.
