Blood & Water’s Greteli’s growing baby bump and starting a new job
'Blood & Water' actress Greteli de Swardt says she can't wait to meet her unborn child whilst starting a new job.

Actress from the popular teen drama mystery series Blood & Water Greteli de Swardt is excited for the new chapter in life.
Greteli who plays Reece van Rensburg on Blood & Water announced in December that she was expecting her first child after marrying her husband Juan de Swardt on 2 February 2022.
The actress shared progress on how her bundle of joy is growing and the star says she has mixed emotions however she is excited to meet their newborn.
‘Can’t wait to meet you’
Greteli posted baby bump photos on her Instagram account in black and white and said she is starting a new job as well.
“30 precious weeks of carrying you, my lil’ baby Oh, we can’t wait to meet you.
“Currently feeling a bit overwhelmed with how much still needs to happen. I’m starting with a new job in a month & still have loads to do before baba comes (and before the job starts).
“Moms with tips, please bring them on! Literally anything!
“This community already meant the world to me. Thank you for every DM, every word of encouragement, every tip & trick! I see you & I appreciate you! And I need you now again,” she said.
Greteli’s baby announcement was a compilation video of her informing her friends and family that she was expecting.
The videos included an emotional reaction of her Blood & Water castmates, Ama Qamata, Natasha Thahane and Khosi Ngema.

Pregnancy
The star has shared the changes she is experiencing during her pregnancy after posing in a red swimsuit with her bump proudly showing. She wrote: “Please don’t fool yourself with these angles. The stretchmarks, cellulite, weight gain & back acne is VERY MUCH REAL.
“My body is going through so many uncomfortable changes, but I am thankful to be experiencing them. It’s daily reminder that I’m growing a little human.
“And I’ll never take that blessing for granted. Ever.”
