Kate Moss celebrates 40th birthday
Supermodel Kate Moss celebrates her 40th birthday today with friends on Sir Richard Branson's Necker island.

The supermodel is partying with friends on Sir Richard Branson’s private Caribbean island, Necker, in the British Virgin Islands, while balloons and gifts continue to arrive at her London home.
Her assistants were seen taking deliveries of presents for the star on Wednesday for her to open when she returns from the trip, where she is spending time with close friends, including designer Sadie Frost, socialite Annabelle Nielson, celebrity hairdresser James Brown and PR guru Fran Cutler.
Sadie, 48, took to her Instagram account to post photographs of herself on holiday, writing: ”Necker island I love you.”
She also tweeted radio presenter Nick Grimshaw and London jazz singer Collette Cooper on Sunday, posting: ”@collettecooper @grimmers hiya! Miss you guys! Love from here! Xxxxx. (sic)”
A week on Sir Richard’s private island normally sets holiday-goers back £280,000 and it’s a popular place for big names who enjoy the privacy it offers, with the likes of Harry Styles, Bradley Cooper and Prince Harry having spent time there.
Kate, who is married to The Kills frontman Jamie Hince, is also likely to spend time at a new Paris apartment when she heads back from her birthday break.
Her husband, 45, is expected to buy her a place in the romantic city and has told friends he is willing to pay whatever it takes after being inspired by her Marie Antoinette birthday party theme.
