TouchHD dismisses liquidation claims

The company's CEO urged their followers to not believe the hype.

Thabo Tbo Touch Molefe has hit back at reports that his company TouchHD is set for liquidation.

Taking to social media, Molefe wrote: “Touch HD has noted the reports from the Sunday tabloids and its sister publications claiming that the company is under liquidation, we wish to dismiss the allegations made with the contempt that it deserves.”

This after reports first carried by Sunday World claimed that the company was facing liquidation after failing to settle a massive hospitality bill at the 2017 Durban July.

Molefe has become known for his lavish pilgrimage to the annual event in a convoy of luxury cars as well as his extravagant spending habits at the main event and events before and after the main race day.

He went on to conclude his statement by assuring listeners and followers that TouchHD is not going anywhere anytime soon.

“Touch HD continues to thrive and promises to deliver epic content to our audience and will maintain quality service to our clients. Don’t believe the Hype.. We [got] this..” [sic].
